KITCHEN hand Marline Kruger is eager to find the owner of an old photograph of four women that was left behind at Spinnaker Park over Christmas.
It's not the first time something has been left behind, but Ms Kruger says it's the most significant.
"This is the last shot at finding its real home," she said.
"It's such a massive shame and I'm desperate to find the ladies because I just know if it was me, I'd love it back.
"It's too priceless to loose."
Ms Kruger said an elderly man had handed the old photograph in to her at the cafe after he found it in the park.
"He came into my work and entrusted me to hold on to it until the rightful owner came back searching for it," she said.
"In the past I've had drink bottles, hats and even a locket, but nothing of great importance like this.
"Seeing its worth, I knew I had to try my best to track down the owner."
Marline said attempts to find the owner had so far failed.
"I've had quite a few responses, mostly just people commenting and tagging, to keep the picture trending," she said.
"I've personally shown people when they come up to order, with no luck.
"And none more at the nursing homes I delivered it to, in hope of a miracle."
