WHAT'S ON: Markets, family days and more this weekend
THE Discovery Coast Markets will be held tomorrow at the Seventeen Seventy SES Grounds. Browse the arts and crafts, fresh produce, clothing stalls and more, or just grab a bite to eat. The markets are held on the second and fourth Sunday of the month.
THE CQ Capras will play their first Marley Brown game for the season tonight. Kicking off at 7pm, they will take on the East Tigers. The game is one of two that will be in Gladstone this year.
IF you're in the market for a new pet, head along to the dog and puppy adoption day tomorrow. The Friends of RSPCA dog addoption will be held from 9am - noon at the centre on Albert Rd and the cat and kitten adoption will be held from 10am - 1pm at 17 Pams Crt, Beecher.
BEACH Arts Music will be held today at the Tannum Sands Millennium Esplanade. Enjoy browsing market stalls and listening to live music from 2 - 7pm.

Dive in movie night
THE first Dive In Movie Night will be held tonight, along with the launch of Dad's Read. At the Gladstone Aquatic centre from 6pm, the launch of a fun new program, Dad's Read, will be held, encouraging dads and granddads to read aloud with their children. Following the launch will be a screening of Shark Tale. This is a free event and a sausage sizzle will be on offer and the canteen will be open.

HUNDREDS of people will be off and racing at the Tannum Sands Triathlon tomorrow. The annual event will kick off from 7.15am. The event is hosted by the Frenchville Triathlon Club.
