A GLADSTONE motorist has been charged after failing to supply a random breath test.

Intercepted by police in Gladstone at 11pm, the 27-year-old man was taken to Gladstone Police Station to take a blood and breath reading to determine his blood-alcohol level after refusing the road-side RBT.

A police spokesperson said the man once again refused to take the test and was subsequently charged with drink driving.
