"ALWAYS put your best face forward."

Whether it's in fashion, business or life, co-founder of the Napoleon Perdis cosmetics juggernaut Emanuel Perdis is looking to leave his mark on Gladstone when he visits next month.

Emanuel, the younger bother and business partner of make-up artist Napoleon Perdis, said he was looking forward to speaking at this year's Women in Industry Conference on May 15 and 16.

"I've never been to Gladstone but I'm looking forward to coming up," Emanuel said.

Aside from sharing his business secrets of success, Emanuel will talk of his other career ventures as a motivational speaker, mentor and life coach.

"When I was growing up there was nobody there to encourage me to take that step forward and to take a chance," he said.

"I want to leave the women of Gladstone with one message: to be daring, design and do."

Whether you're looking to move up or make a change in your career, Emanuel says it is important to follow through with your dreams.

"Everyone has dreams but it's the people who act on their dreams and 'do' that succeed," he said.

"You have to design the future you want and not be afraid to be daring and do something different."

Emanuel says men and women will benefit from the advice.
