Loud party lands woman in court, costs $450

AMY Przybylkiewicz didn't mind if police arrested her on March 8, as long as they didn't seize her stereo.

An evening of rambunctious partying resulted police being called several times to the defendant's Tannum Sands home to issue noise directions.

When the police arrived, Przybylkiewicz stood in the way of authorities, clutching the stereo in a vain attempt to stop police.

She was fined $450 in Gladstone Magistrates Court, but no conviction recorded.
