New CEO announced for Nhulundu Health Service

NHULUNDU Health Service has appointed Robert (Robbie) Skeen as its new chief executive officer, following the resignation of Matt Cooke earlier in the year.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Skeen was employed as the regional manager of the Central Queensland/Wide Bay Multi Disciplinary Models of Care.

Although he was born in Bundaberg and grew up in Brisbane, Robbie has strong ties to the region with family and friends.

In his previous role he was based in Gladstone and travelled between Rockhampton and Hervey Bay and out to Cherbourg.

Mr Skeen has worked for Qld Health in diverse roles such as administration, hospital liaison and indigenous health worker roles.
