KINGAROY: Public nuisance and disorderly behaviour charges

POLICE officers from Kingaroy have responded to a variety of incidents last week.

Police also had 11 calls related to domestic violence incidents, issued 21 infringement notices for life endangering traffic offences, and performed 46 Roadside Breath Tests.

Kingaroy man charged with public nuisance

On Saturday at 1am police arrived at a fast food restaurant on Youngman St.

They then issued a 31-year-old Kingaroy man an infringement notice for public nuisance and disorderly behaviour in or around a licensed premises ($783).

Fight in Kingaroy

On Sunday at 1am police were called to a disturbance outside a licensed premises on Haly St. 

Where they found five people fighting.

Infringement notices were issued to a 25-year-old Nanango man, a 21-year-old Kingaroy man, a 32-year-old Maidenwell woman, a 25-year-old Kingaroy man and a 34-year-old Kingaroy woman for public nuisance and disorderly behaviour in or around a licensed premises ($783).
