Develop your own bad-day plan and share ways on how to cope.

Learn how to keep mentally healthy and what support is available for rural mums in Queensland.

A video conference will be offered starting on Tuesday from 11.30am-12.30pm at the Women's Health Centre in Gladstone.

After the workshop, join other mums for a shared lunch and get a free self-care pack, including a Looking After You booklet for mums.

The cost of the workshop is $5 and is free to members.
