It's all about a revolution in fitness for Jardan
GLADSTONE born-and-bred Jardan Craigie wants to spread the wisdom of health and fitness.
And so she started her own RX Evolution personal training business which covers not only CrossFit, but a range of other exercises.
"I have been in the fitness industry for a lot of years and started eight years ago at Yaralla,” Craigie said.
With CrossFit as the only sport she participated in, Craigie decided to move to CrossFit Gladstone.
"I started doing a traineeship there,” Craigie said.
The motivation for Craigie is to see her clients accomplish their goals.
"As I started coaching, it's awesome to see their faces and what they have achieved,” Craigie said.
"It's for people that want that extra help and it's not just CrossFit related because it's other stuff.”
Craigie was referring too areas such as rehabilitation and weightlifting.
"Also it's if people want to target parts of their body,” she added.
"I do one-one sessions or groups and it all depends on what my clients are after.”
It's all about quality and not quantity as well for Craigie, but her new venture is slowly gaining recognition.
"It is slowly building up,” Craigie said of her client base.
"I want to have a consistent client base and do it properly instead of having more than what I can handle.”
