It's a bug's buzz at Benaraby Dragway
DRAGS: There will be an action-packed weekend of racing, but it's not what you think.
It will be the Benaraby Bug In, where most types of Volkswagens and kombi vans will tackle the Benaraby drag strip.

Event volunteer Michael Whitmore said there has been huge interest north and south of Gladstone.
"In our first VW meet last year we had 10 races, but this year we will have 40 races and 60 cars," Whitmore said.
"We have drivers from from northern New South Wales and up to Cairns.
"We will have anything VW from 1958 to possible the latest model if people want to."
The highlight of the weekend according Whitmore will be seeing a VW with a Porsche motor.
"We have a heap of good racers including some from Alder Outlaw Racing from Brisbane and the kombi does wheelies," he said.
The vehicle brackets are as follows with the first four categories suited on a quarter-mile track.
They are air-cooled, water-cooled, specials / other buggies and others (VW bodies).
All-model cars with VW modifications will also be racing in the one-eighth mile 'all-in' class.
Whitmore will not miss out either as a competitor.
"I have a 1972 Volkswagon Superbeetle 1.6 Litre and have had it for three or four years," he said.
"I have always had a VW and have a passion for them."
The weather is expected to be ideal with day-time temperatures in the mid-20s and overnight in the mid-teens.
