Boyne Maccas broken into, intruders hide under table

AFTER illegally gaining entry into Boyne Island McDonald's at the weekend, several offenders believed they would escape detection by hiding underneath a table.

It was a foolish move for the group, who had forced entry into the fast food restaurant during drive-through hours only.

An employee spotted the offenders and the suspects ran out.

Police are continuing their investigations.
