Immediate loss of licence after driver records 0.223

A 29-YEAR-OLD man was charged with drink-driving on Saturday morning.

He is alleged to have returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.223.

The driver was immediately suspended from driving after he was pulled over by police on Busteed St at 1.20am.

The man will appear in court on February 17.
