Demands for 4.5-star residence

THE housing/apartment market in Gladstone is heating up with the announcement of the Gladstone Central Plaza on Saturday.

Situated at 52 Oaka Lane, the new 4.5-star apartment hotel and executive residence comes complete with ocean views and is walking distance to the Gladstone retail precinct.

Alison Knell from Central Apartment Group said it’s a brand new development that is in line with community demands and the environment.

“Our core business is running hospitality establishments rather than building apartments for the sake of it, so we have designed it to meet the accommodation requirements in Gladstone,” Ms Knell said.

“For that reason we see the hospitality market to also be quality accommodation and that is what the apartments have been designed to meet.”
