Mt Larcom Bruce Hwy works to finish soon

ROADWORKS on the Bruce Hwy in Mt Larcom are expected to be completed this month.

RoadTek is working on pavement reconstruction and overlay works from Vallis Creek, just south of the Wilmot Road intersection.

The roadworks go through to the Mt Larcom township at the Choice service station, on the northern side of the town.

Meanwhile, motorists using Lowmead Rd should expect traffic disruptions from this week, with floodway improvement works to be conducted on a damaged section of road.

A 40kmh speed limit will be in place for the eight weeks.

The road will be restricted to single-lane operations, during and after work hours.
