Have a coffee with... Friends of RSPCA's Judy Whicker

Name: Judy Whicker, pictured with Betsy.

Occupation: Friends of the RSPCA president, civil celebrant.

Years in Gladstone: 37.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon you can find me ... sitting outside on the back deck with a glass of wine, catching up with my husband Kevin.

My guiltiest pleasure… would be eating a Cadbury Dairy Milk block. It has to be dairy milk.

I have eaten fish and crab from Gladstone Harbour and I'm still alive to tell the tale.

When I was young, my dream was to... be an actress or a vet. So I guess my work at the RSPCA is a close second.

The best way to navigate through the Stockland car park… is to park on the Coles' side.

My date to the Logie Awards, providing Kevin couldn't go, would be Andrew O'Keefe and overseas Robin Williams. Just for a laugh.

I'd like to think Helen Mirren ... would play me in the movie about my life but it would probably be Bette Midler. My life's a drama but the movie would be comedic.

I can't remember the last time I... caught up with a group of close friends.

I would consider Professor Ian Fraser (inventor of the cervical cancer vaccine) to be my hero... he's a grand man.

My first order of business as newly-elected PM would be... to get the State and Federal governments working together to make sure Gladstone wasn't Queensland's cash cow.

The judicial system we have today is a bit of a joke. So my punishment for those who harm animals would have a prison sentence attached.
