Hat-trick for Ausmar

AUSMAR Homes has won three awards at the HIA-CSR Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.

Ausmar won top honours for Custom Home of the Year ($500,001-$750,000), Project Home of the Year and Display Home of the Year (up to $300,000) at the awards, which were announced on Saturday night.

The company, which is based in Cooroy, expanded into Brisbane this year and has a number of custom-build projects under way.

Ausmar business development manager Josh Green thanked his team for their dedication.

"It's a great honour to be recognised in this way," he said.

Ausmar Homes are also celebrating the opening of their new display home in Azure Street, Bells Reach, in Caloundra West this week.
