Harrison Craig visits fans in Brisbane

HARRISON Craig says he can't repay his fans for their support, but free performances are a good place to start.

The Voice winner was in Brisbane today to sing for fans at Chermside in the third stop on his Westfield shopping centre tour.

The 18-year-old said he was blown away by fans crying in Adelaide yesterday.

A lot has happened for the Melbourne "popera" crooner in the past week and a half since he won the second annual series of The Voice.

Tickets went on sale this morning for Craig's More Than A Dream tour, which starts in Brisbane on September 27.

His debut album More Than A Dream, featuring the songs he performed on The Voice, shot to the top of the iTunes chart since being released on Tuesday.

Fans started queuing up at 7am this morning to see Craig's 3pm performance.

"That's awesome, talk about dedication," he said.

He said he had been in regular contact with his mentor Seal while he has been in the recording studio, filming his first music clip and touring the country.

In between his Westfield shows and his national tour, Craig said he plans to collaborate with some "big international writers and producers" in the hopes of having a new original song before the year's end.
