Hair model enjoys freedom after graduating from Year 12

THE world has possibilities as far as the horizon for Gladstone's recently graduated Year 12s.

Seventeen-year-old Tayla Martin is revelling in the freedom and enjoying the moment.

"Not even sure hey, see what happens," she said about her future.

Her friends know her for hairstyles that change often, an offshoot from time spent modelling for Cath's Hair Studio.

Tayla has been doing modelling since she was 12-years-old and is currently growing out an asymmetric bob cut.

The work means she can't be too attached to her hair.

"They pretty much cut the hair into whatever and then they just take photos and send them into a competition," she said.

The prospect of what 2013 holds is exciting for Tayla, and where she'll be at the end is anybody's guess.
