Green Machine clicks into gear

THE Green Machine overpowered the Powerhouse to take division one of the recent Curtis Coast Boyne/Tannum Netball Club grand finals.

In the senior ladies’ final, the Green Machine didn’t have it all its own way, with the game close until the last quarter, when it pulled away.

The second division grand final was a case of red overcoming red, with two red teams competing for the trophy.

The junior division girls played a great game, with the final score of 9-7. Team Envy and The Guns were very close throughout the game, scoring goal for goal as the crowd cheered them on.

The Guns were too strong and thanks to the accurate shooting of Kirra Croome just got in front.

Player of the junior grand final was Carly Giles-Duffy.
