Golf clubs stolen after being left outside hotel

GLADSTONE Police have reminded people of the importance of securing their property after a set of golf clubs was stolen from Central Lane earlier this week.

The golf clubs were left outside the Port Curtis Hotel after their owner was not allowed to take them into the hotel.

They were stolen between 11.30pm on Sunday and 12.15am on Monday.

Police have reminded people to make sure their property is secured at all times. 

In other police news, a car in Barabah Pde, Boyne Island was broken into between 7pm on Sunday and 7am on Monday.

A car key was stolen from the vehicle.

Another vehicle was broken into in Fisher St, West Gladstone between 11.15pm and 11.45pm on Monday.

Bank cards were taken.

Gladstone police are investigating.
