Gladstone's first Mardi Gras party venue moves to PCYC

DESPITE the wet weather Gladstone's first Mardi Gras event is still going ahead this Saturday.

Mardi Gras on Q is now being held at Gladstone PCYC, on Yarroon St instead of at Quoin Island Retreat as orignially intented.

Due to the event now being in town, tickets prices have dropped - book here.

Tickets are on sale online until 4pm on Saturday, or available for purchase at the door.

Everything else is going ahead as planned, with bar and kitchen open all night and a full schedule of fabulous entertainment.

Doors are open from 5pm and the event starts at 6pm.

  • Live Lady Gaga tribute show at 9pm
  • Live Pink tribute show at 7pm
  • Hosted by local drag queen personality Mya Fantasy
  • Special guests Christina Draguilera and Veronica Darling
  • Display by Gladstone Fire Gang
  • Fun games, with prizes to be won
  • Funds raised go to Quoin Island Turtle Rehabilitation Centre
