Gladstone tennis stars set to shine this weekend

TENNIS: Gladstone's best tennis players will be on display when Gladstone Tennis and Squash Association has its Closed Tournament this weekend.

Centre manager Rob McBean said the tournament gave an ideal opportunity for local tennis players to participate in one of the marquee events of the year.

"The championship are not just a great social event but will also determine the Mens, Ladies, and Junior Boys and Girls and Squash Champions for 2018,” McBean said.

"This is a free event for the members of the Gladstone Tennis and Squash association and will have great tennis and squash matches.”

A Trivia Night will be held in the upstairs function room at 7pm, Saturday. Entry is $10, including nibbles.
