IT WAS a big week on the roads for police, who pulled over and fined six Gladstone drink drivers.

Including 26-year-old Samuel Michael Charles Lawrence who returned a reading of more than three times the legal limit, .158%.

He was fined $1100 and is out from behind the wheel for nine months.

Arun Kumar, 29 returned a reading of .132% when he was pulled over by police along Goondoon St.

He was fined $750 and disqualified from driving for five months.

32-year-old Dain Stephen Bjerring returned a reading of .136% when he was intercepted along Harvey Rd.

He was fined $750, and is disqualified from driving for seven months.

Stephen David Noll, 33 was fined $750 and disqualified from driving for six months after he was pulled over along Hanson Rd.

He returned a reading of .087%.

51-year-old Mark Richard Goldup was pulled over along Blain Dr and returned a reading of .072%.

He was fined $350 and disqualified from driving for one month.

And lastly, 20-year-old Charles William Sturt returned a reading of .033% when police intercepted him on Toolooa St.

He was fined $500 and is out from behind the wheel for three months.
