The four candidates in Gladstone are Glenn Butcher (ALP), Craig Butler (Independent), Michael Duggan (LNP) and Craig Tomsett (Greens).

GAPDL chief executive Glenn Churchill said that with the election confirmed for January 31, GAPDL was keen to ensure its members heard first-hand what the candidates' aspirations, commitment and vision would be for the future of Gladstone and surrounds.

"GAPDL has invited all candidates to allow delegates to make an informed decision," Mr Churchill said.

"Delegates at the event will also have the chance to ask the candidates questions about issues that are important to their business, family life, industry, environment, careers and the community."

The event will be held from 11.30am to 2pm.

Registrations close at 4pm on January 22. Phone GAPDL on 4972 4000 or email gapdl@gapdl.com.au to register.
