Gladstone Benaraby Rd re-opens after crash

UPDATE 10.50AM: Gladstone Benaraby Rd is open again after a single vehicle crash this morning.

Three people were in the vehicle, and two have been taken to Gladstone Hospital and Rockhampton Hospital in a stable condition.

One person was carried to a waiting ambulance by stretcher, while the other two were able to walk.

10.05AM: Gladstone Benaraby Rd is blocked in both directions following a single vehicle rollover this morning.

The crash happened near the Toolooa Bends.

A Ford Ranger left the road, rolled down an embankment and ended up on the mudflats.

Three people were in the vehicle and are being assessed by Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics.

The QAS received a call about the incident just after 10am.

Police officers also are in attendance.
