Girl Friday goes formal for fashion spread

NURSING student Thea Kennedy grew up in Gladstone, but like many others she has moved to Brisbane to study.

The 21-year-old isn't sure what she'll do when she finishes, but returning to Gladstone is an option.

"I come back every university holidays," she said.

"All my family are here."

Thea loves the outdoors, playing touch football in Brisbane and getting out on the speedboat in Gladstone.

"We go along the Calliope River or in the Awoonga Dam," she said.

See Thea in Saturday's Weekend fashion spread, where she models formal gowns from Saltt Clothing.
