Girl Friday has a passion for Gladstone... and snakes
CAROL Bevan's life consists of family, friends and work, but she doesn't mind a cocktail or two.
The bubbly Zetta Boutique sales assistant has lived in Gladstone for most of her life and has worked at the clothes store for the past five.
"(I like) the friendliness of everyone. Everyone is down to earth. It's a laid back town," Carol said.
The home she shares with her husband is filled with more than just her kids.
"We have cats, dogs, fish, lizards and snakes," Carol said. "We used to have two crocodiles as well."
Carol said the unique appeal of snakes drew her in.
"I just like that they're a little different," she said. "They're great little creatures."
