Girl Friday happy to help others get fit and healthy

SHE is only young, but Naomi Baillie is putting her fit body and business brain to work in Gladstone.

The 24-year-old branched out on her own in April, starting her business Idol Health and Fitness.

"Gladstone is good for business and possibilities," Naomi said.

The personal trainer has been in the area for nearly seven years after moving from her hometown of Mackay, and you may have seen her smiling face previously at Jetts Fitness.

"The reason why I got into fitness is, well I love it myself, love the outdoors, feeling good and feeling confident," Naomi said.

"That's what fitness can bring you - being healthy.

"I love helping other people, so if I can help them in any way, help girls feel good about themselves, then that's great."

Outside of work, Naomi loves the beach, tanning and spending time with family.

"I love my husband, my dog and doing things with them," she said.

See more of Naomi in Saturday's Weekend fashion, where she participates in a Stockland Gladstone styling session.
