Roller disco celebrates everything we love about summer

GET your skates on for the first roller disco of the year this Friday at Gladstone's PCYC - but don't forget the akubra!

Gladstone PCYC Roller Derby league is encouraging all skaters to dress in their Aussie summer finest to celebrate all that we love about January in Gladstone - come as your favourite cricketer, a beach-loving surfie dude or show off your pride with the Aussie flag - anything that means summer to you.

January's all-age disco begins at 6.30pm until 9pm, with $10 entry at the door, which includes skate hire.

Inline skates are not allowed.

There will be games and prizes for the best dressed - head down to the PCYC on 53 Yarroon St.
