Get into the swing of business in a social way at GEA event

A DAY on the business calendar not to be missed is the fourth annual GEA Charity Golf Day.

Gladstone Engineering Alliance and Projects Unlimited will soon open registrations for the charity day, which supports networking for various industries and businesses on the golf course.

All patrons participate in a three-person ambrose teeing off at the Gladstone Golf Club.

GEA general manager Carli Hobbs said that with plenty of activities on and off the course, great prizes and a full field of business delegates, the day was bound to offer great business and networking opportunities.

"There is a noticeable shift in the region at the moment and it's a great opportunity for people to do some serious business but in a social way," she said.

Registration for the event on Friday, July 18, opens on Monday through the GEA on 49729060.
