Get active or arty with SUNfest activities

SUNfest, a school holiday program for youth, continues today with a variety of activities to suit everyone.

Head to the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery and Museum and get involved in Portraits in Glass, a workshop where you can create a portrait of yourself, a movie star or family member using coloured fused glass.

The workshop starts at 10am and runs until 4pm.

There is a range of outdoor activities on offer at the Tondoon Botanic Gardens on Tuesday, including orienteering, outdoor survival and games.

You'll also get a sausage sizzle lunch.

The activities start at 9am and run until 3pm.

And if you'd like something a little less active, how about designing your own incredible art work using crayons melted on to a canvas?

Melted Madness will be held on Tuesday morning at the Neighbourhood Centre, Toolooa Street, between 10am and noon.

The fun continues on Wednesday with Juggle-A-Rama at the Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre.

You'll make your own juggling balls to keep as well as get fit and healthy learning the basics of juggling.

Start time is 10am and the program will continue until noon.

Grom's ready and waiting for you on Wednesday to show you the art of surfing at the Reef2Beach Surf School.

Meet at the Gladstone Regional Art Gallery and Museum at 8am. Home by 5pm.
