Funding boost brings new business advisors
ENTREPRENEURS and small businesses in central Queensland will have access to more advice and support thanks to $770,000 in new Federal Government funding.
The funding has been allocated to the Bundaberg Business Enterprise Centre so it can hire two new business advisers.
The advisers will help start-ups and established small businesses in Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay and surrounding areas.
They will run workshops and one-on-one sessions on funding avenues and financial analysis, building business, making the most of talent and team, management capabilities, and digital engagement implementation.
The funding has been announced as Small Business Minister Bruce Billson visits Gladstone for the North Asian Free Trade Agreement Seminar today.
