Fourth Stockland jewellery store 'good for competition'
KIN Kora Stockland's newest jewellery shop will open on Thursday.
Angus and Coote open their doors to the public at 9am and have plenty of sales and prizes to tantalise the community.
Manager Kaye Walker said she had heard the concerns about them being the fourth jewellery store in the mall, but said they were here to help the Gladstone region.
"We are a fantastic company. We offer service and good customer service as well. It's good for competition in the centre," she said.
"But we were here originally as Amies (about seven years ago), and we are proud to come back as Angus and Coote."
Regional manager Kerri Taylor said some specials the store would be offering were major bargains.
"We've got some super specials on the sly, which were letterbox delivered over the weekend," she said.
"We have a diamond ring originally $5000 down to $1999. Any purchase over $50 gets a free goodies bag for the first 50 people."
