Four drivers in four hours picked up for driving offences

GLADSTONE drivers just don't get the message after four men were picked up for driving offences on Friday night.

Gladstone Police's Sergeant Dave Mooney said the drivers would face court at a later date for their offences.

The evening got off to a rough start for one man, a 41-year-old who was intercepted on Hibiscus Ave and found to have a blood alcohol concentration of 0.162.

Then a 38-year-old man was intercepted on Dawson Hwy at 11.20pm for drink driving.

At midnight a 22-year-old man was intercepted on Gladstone-Benaraby Rd in Toolooa and found to be a disqualified driver.

Several minutes later a 28-year-old man was intercepted on Dawson Hwy for drink driving. He had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.088.
