Explosive devices found during drug raid

A NUMBER of homemade explosive devices have allegedly been found at an Agnes Water property during a search by police.

A man has been charged following the search at 11.30am on Wednesday.

Police say that during the search of the Countess Russell Crescent address, officers discovered cannabis plants and drug paraphernalia.

The also allegedly found a number of homemade explosive devices.

A 37-year-old Agnes Waters man has been charged with numerous offences including producing and possessing dangerous drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of explosives and storing explosives.

He is scheduled to appear in Gladstone Magistrates Court on October 28.
