Euleilah grass fire

SIX Queensland Fire and Rescue Service (QFRS) crews were on the scene today at a large grass fire in Euleilah, near Webster Road, Taunton Road and Cross Road.

At 3.30pm firefighters were working to contain the fire, that was not threatening any homes.

Residents in the area will be affected by smoke haze.

Residents who suffer from or are susceptible to respiratory illness are advised to remain indoors and keep their doors and windows shut.

People who are concerned their property is under threat should call triple zero (000).
