Enthusiasts flock to Raglan

THINGS were up in the air in Raglan at the weekend.

Hundreds of visitors from Gladstone, Rockhampton and everywhere in between flocked to the annual Old Station Fly In and Heritage Show.

This year's event attracted hordes of people, with families and flying enthusiasts making up the majority.

Guests were treated to an offering of aircraft and heritage machinery, including trucks and tractors.

Joy flights were a popular form of entertainment, with stalls and sideshows keeping the kids busy for most of the day.

A special roast meal drew crowds on Friday night, and a a band performed on Saturday night.

Visitors were forced to rug up for the show's annual camp out.

All proceeds from the show will be donated to the Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service.
