Drink-drivers named after appearing in Magistrates Court

ANOTHER week and another raft of drink-drivers copped their punishments in Gladstone Magistrates Court.

  • Brody Johnson, 37, was convicted, fined $1400 and disqualified from driving for six months, after returning a BAC of 0.119% on Hibiscus Ave, Gladstone.
  • Tristan James Robinson, 24, was convicted, fined $550 and disqualified from driving for one month, after returning a BAC of 0.057% on Bruce Hwy, Gladstone.
  • William Kody James Hunter, 19, was convicted, fined $1000 and disqualified from driving for three months, after returning a BAC of 0.097% on Ballantine St, Gladstone.
  • Hayden Albert Wilson, 21, was convicted, fined $750 and disqualified from driving for three months, after returning a BAC of 0.045% on Gladstone Benaraby Rd, Gladstone.
  • Christopher Jamie Bye, 34, was convicted and fined $850, disqualified from driving for three months, after recording a BAC of 0.094% on Harvey Rd, Gladstone.
  • Brandon James Gilchrist, 18, convicted and fined $600, disqualified from driving for one month, returning a BAC of 0.065% on Railway St, Gladstone.
  • Adam William Whittaker Oglesby, 22, received 12 months probation, was disqualified from driving for four months, returning a BAC of 0.135% on Sun Valley Rd, Gladstone.
  • Ethan Rhys Sanders, 19, was convicted and fined $1000, disqualified from driving for nine months, after returning a BAC of 0.117% on Dawson Rd, Gladstone.
