THERE WAS no overstatement in the words "Gladstone's Biggest Easter Egg Hunt" at the Lifestyle Church's event on Saturday.

Seventy volunteers had scattered 10,000 Easter eggs around Spinnaker Park to celebrate the special holiday.

The popular event had cars backed down to Alf O'Rourke Dr.

Entry was a gold coin donation and there were other activities for children to play on while they waited for their timeslot to join in the hunt.

All funds raised on Saturday went to help the work of the Pyjama Foundation.
