Drunken fight, stolen booze leads to arrest

AN drunk man who allegedly stole the alcohol he was drinking was arrested after a street fight at the weekend.

It was one of two incidents that kept Biloela police busy.

Police were called to break up the fight at 7pm on Saturday at Don St. They made the arrest when they found the alcohol.

The night before at 7pm, things got violent at a home on Kroombit St where two men were allegedly attempting to settle a debt.

The confrontation became violent and one man stole a phone and car keys.

One of the men involved was arrested for robbery.
