Detail stands out in Aston Milan Homes new display house
NEW display homes are popping up in the Gladstone region faster than you can say, 'I'm looking to buy a property'.
Aston Milan Homes will open its new display home in Forest Springs on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
The Gold Coast-based builders used local tradespeople and salespeople for the project.
While the home's final price is yet to be confirmed, Aston Milan Homes CEO Robert Douglas said the group had incorporated many features into the home that suited Gladstone living.
"It embodies that home feeling," he said.
Mr Douglas said now was a great time for buying.
And while an influx of new homes were evident in the area, he said it was the perfect time to consider the options available to buyers.
"While the number of master planned land for Gladstone is high (around 4000 lots), the available operational lots to develop are only 320."
Aston Milan Homes' current display home is beautifully designed from the European-inspired features to its local, fresh appearance.
The display home includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious living areas.
"We've tried to showcase a home full of ideas," Mr Douglas said.
Calliope-based site supervisor Adam Walters believed the decorative parts of the home were what stood out.
"They have put a lot of detail in it with quality, making sure everything fits nicely," he said.
The ceilings are even higher than usual, he said.
The display home is at 8 Forest Springs Drive, Forest Springs and is open for inspection from Saturday to Wednesday from 10am until 5pm.
