Denis Keeffe resigns as CEO of CQ Capras

DENIS Keeffe has resigned from the CEO position on the CQ Capras, CQ Leagues Club and CQ NRL Bid, effective January 30.

Keeffe was in the position for five years and is leaving to spend more time with family in the north of Queensland.

His mother and partner's mother both live to the north and Keeffe has made the decision to be closer to them.

"Charmaine and I are eternally grateful to all central Queenslanders who genuinely welcomed us so warmly more than five years ago," Keeffe said.

"I remain a fervent believer in the future and assuredness of the future of the Central Queensland NRL Bid."
