Gladstone man pleads to supply of ice

MICHAEL Bernard Delta has been convicted of the supply, production and possession of methylamphetamine in Gladstone.

Delta, who pleaded guilty through his lawyer in Gladstone Magistrates Court, admitted to unlawfully supplying the drug to (a named man) on September 13 last year.

Delta also pleaded guilty to producing and possession of methylamphetamine on the same date.

Delta, who is in the custody of the Capricornia Correctional Centre, will be sentenced on a date to be set at the District Court in Rockhampton. Along with the Ice offences Delta also faces four lesser charges.
