Delta Good-rrrmm banned from driving

SHE has a voice like an angel, but behind the wheel she's a little devil.

Beloved pop princess Delta Goodrem has proved she is human after all, losing her licence for speeding.

The chart-topping diva, who has been a judge on Channel 9's The Voice for the past few years and will soon play Olivia Newton-John in a Channel 7 telemovie, was fined and suspended from driving after being snapped going over the limit on at least two occasions by a traffic camera.

A well-known car enthusiast who has been pictured over the years driving vehicles ranging from a high-powered Bentley to a V8 Supercar, Goodrem had planned to contest the speed camera readings in court on Tuesday.

In an appeal notice filed in the Downing Centre Local Court, Goodrem said: "The last two speeding fines were excessive and did not warrant the demerit points. I feel the speed camera is inaccurate and would like to appeal."
