Dad's motorbike stolen while injured son was airlifted

A FATHER'S motorbike has been stolen while he was flying to hospital with his injured son.

The father and son were riding at Agnes Water when the boy, 9, crashed and injured his leg.

The pair's motorbikes were left in bushland next to the road in Bousgas Drive, Agnes Water, while the boy was airlifted  by the RACQ Careflight chopper to Bundaberg with a suspected fractured leg.

He was accompanied by his parents.

The father returned to the location the next day to recover the motorcycles, but discovered his green and black Kawasaki KX 250 motorcycle had been stolen.
