Have a coffee with... Ports Corp chief Craig Doyle

THIS week we have coffee with Gladstone Ports Corporation chief executive Craig Doyle.

NAME: Craig Doyle.

Occupation: Gladstone Ports Corporation CEO.

Years lived in Gladstone: 12 months.

What do you love about where you live? The people, the parks and gardens.

How do you take your favourite drink? Coffee - white with one sugar, even though I know I should have none.

On a sunny Saturday afternoon you can find me going for a walk, mowing the lawn or yelling at the dog.

When I was young, my dream was to be a doctor and play AFL.

I can't remember the last time I didn't wake up too early.

My most memorable pet is the new dog that the wife and daughter obtained without me agreeing or knowing about.

When I go out in Gladstone you'll find me unfortunately mostly at work, however the Coffee Club is also frequently visited.

My secret talent is I have none now. However, once when young I played indoor cricket for Queensland for a number of years.

When I feel like splurging, I buy something for my grandson, even though he probably has more than enough already.

My favourite holiday destination is probably London as I couldn't fit everything in to see in the week I was there - it was great.

Being challenged is something I can't live without.

Jim Carey would play me in the movie about my life as he is also crazy.

To keep fit and healthy I go to the gym as much as possible.

The best piece of wisdom I've been told is whatever you do give 100%, and don't be scared to make a decision.

What are you spruiking? Enjoy life!
