Council denies light request for oval
MIRIAM Vale's application for a grant to improve the lighting at Gary Larson Oval has been denied by Gladstone Regional Council.
Police officer in charge sergeant Owen Harms said the town had wanted to host night games including Intrust Super Cup matches.
He said they would apply again next year.
