Convicted drug dealer waiting to be sentenced since 2010
A CONVICTED drug dealer, who was accused of running a major meth operation with links to the NSW mid North Coast, will remain on bail for at least three months after his Sydney sentencing hearing was delayed again.
Fernando Martins pleaded guilty to supplying a commercial quantity of drugs.
His sentencing hearing was part-way through when the presiding judge retired in 2010.
After several false starts, it was re-listed for January this year, held over until March and has since been adjourned until July 1.
