Controversy as Leicester takes a grip on title
Leicester City stretched its lead at the top of the English Premier League to eight points after a controversial 2-2 draw with West Ham.
Jamie Vardy (pictured) opened the scoring, but then was sent off by referee Jon Moss after collecting a second yellow card for diving.
The Hammers drew level when Moss ruled Wes Morgan had pulled back Winston Reid at a corner, Andy Carroll scoring from the spot. Aaron Cresswell then looked to have sealed the points for the visitors with a fantastic volley.
There was one more twist, however, when the referee adjudged Carroll fouled Jeff Schlupp in the area with just 20 seconds remaining in added time, substitute Leonardo Ulloa firing home from the penalty spot.
Spurs had the chance to close the gap to five points at Stoke overnight. Liverpool won 2-1 at Bournemouth while Arsenal and Crystal Palace drew 1-1.
