Cindy back with more tatts in Miss Ink quest

THE ink under Cindy Draper's skin will be judged when she lines up alongside her tattooed peers for a second tilt at the Miss Ink Australia title.

Her skin art collection has increased with new pieces on her chest, stomach and left forearm since her maiden entry in last year's competition.

Mrs Draper, 26, is looking forward to meeting up with friends she made at that event.

The quality of her tattoos and her stage presence will be judged at next month's competition at the Chalk Hotel in Brisbane.

"It is not really about beauty," Mrs Draper said.

"It is about how you hold yourself and answer questions and how much you know about the tattoo world."

She said while tattoos were costly, it did not hinder her plans for more.

Her left arm is destined to be completely covered, while she also has ideas of what pieces will go on her thighs and calves.

The mother-of-three said she was a bit nervous during last year's competition.

"I think I am going to be alright this time.

"It is not going to be so scary and in your face."
